A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bury is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its fantastic Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.

You will handle high-quality private client work within a supportive and reputable firm that values long-term client relationships and professional development. The Private Client Solicitor will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance Tax and succession planning

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
  • Strong technical expertise across the full range of private client matters
  • A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
  • STEP membership (or progress towards it) would be advantageous but is not essential
