Head of Conflicts Global Law Firm London Office – Permanent Up To £130,000pa + Benefits + Hybrid Working Our client, a top global law firm , is actively recruiting for an experienced Qualified Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Head of Conflicts . This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Lawyer with substantial experience in Legal Conflicts to join a firm with offices all over the world and also be responsible for line managing/being the direct report for two Legal Conflicts professionals. As the successful Head of Conflicts, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: Project Management: Lead and successfully deliver on large-scale projects, implementing improvements on conflicts processes and procedures. Training: Providing training to staff and Partners on legal conflicts. Conflict Resolution: Leading on investigations which involve conflicts of interest. Conflict Resolution: Identifying and resolving conflicts of interest an confidentiality issues. Conflict Resolution: Updating Terms of Business when necessary. Team Building/Management: Building and leading a team of Analysts to support the firms risk management and conflict resolution. Team Building/Management: Supervising and line managing those currently running conflict checks. Plus much more. To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following: Be a Qualified Lawyer ( 8+ PQE ). Have prior/existing experience working as a Conflicts Lawyer. Have prior/existing line management/people management experience. Be able to use Intapp (Open, Walls, etc). Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis.
