A & J Stephen Builders are a long-established house builder based in Perth.
We are recruiting for hardworking and reliable general labourers to join our site team on our current Scone and Guildtown housing development sites, both of which are on the outskirts of Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your horizons and be part of our well-established team to produce high-quality homes.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
The successful applicants require: Good understanding of health & safety in a construction environment Be physically fit and able to work in both internal and external work environments Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude Ability to work well as part of a team A full driving license is desirable but not essential The roles include the following routine tasks: Application of external sealants Insulating property attic spaces Checking and maintaining pedestrian walkway barriers & fencing Checking and maintaining site signage arrangements Keeping site storage containers organised and tidy Ensuring site welfare accommodation and properties under construction are kept clean and tidy Assisting with site security arrangements, opening and locking properties and storage containers Collecting and distributing company plant and storing in secure accommodation The roles offer Competitive rates of pay Long term work on local housing development sites Opportunity to develop a career with a well-established house builder Supportive site teams and professional working environment Immediate starts available for the right candidates If you are interested, please apply with your CV detailing your qualifications and experience.
