A.J's Taxis is seeking a part-time weekend operator to join our team. Other shifts available when cover is needed for sickness and holidays. This position will be responsible for answering the phone, handling all incoming calls, and dealing with members of the public and the drivers. The position will also involve entering data into the computer system and dispatching the taxis while maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and record all information into the computer system accurately.
- Dispatch jobs to the drivers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
