The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Working Hours: The working hours are on a permanent contract; 37 hours per week. Working hours are between 07.00 and 23.00 with some flexible start and finish times as needed, including weekends.

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be providing the most welcoming and accommodating service to all guests. You will communicate in a professional and friendly way with all relevant departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist and ensure the Reception department is manned efficiently and effectively.
  • To maintain the highest level of service delivery throughout the operation.
  • To ensure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
  • To be aware of and to comply with company and legal requirements including health, safety and hygiene.
  • To ensure that departmental procedures and work instructions are implemented and maintained and that any changes are communicated effectively.
  • To ensure that all related shifts are conducted efficiently and effectively in order to meet customer requirements.
  • To ensure that all relevant information is efficiently communicated to all departments within the Centre.
  • To ensure parcels and letters are recorded and processed correctly.
  • To follow all procedures for reception including reservations, check-ins, check-outs and payments.
  • To assist with the responsibility for student smart card processing and ensure all information is accurate for the accounts department.
  • To assist with the responsibility for maintaining equipment in the reception department and to report any faults as required.
  • To maintain and where necessary, improve standards with particular emphasis on customer service.
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by Head Receptionist or Centre Manager.
