We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth running of our busy food and beverage operations.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the highest standards of service across all food and beverage areas. You will take an active role in daily operations, support the Duty Management team, and lead by example to inspire and motivate the wider team. This hands-on role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in overseeing day to day food and beverage operations, maintaining exceptional standards at all times.
- Deliver visible operational leadership, ensuring a seamless guest journey and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with managing and coordinating duty management shifts.
- Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Centre Manager to enhance our food offerings.
- Help recruit, train, and develop restaurant and bar teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor resources, staffing, stock, and equipment to meet business demands effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Act as a role model, leading by example to drive motivation and performance across the team.
- This role requires weekend work.
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality, ideally food & beverage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
