I'm partnering with a beautiful hotel to find a Front of House Manager (maternity cover), a position that sits right at the heart of the guest experience. The Role
You’ll be the driving force behind the day to day operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments. From leading shifts to overseeing events and handling the unexpected, you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, calmly, confidently, and with a solutions focused mindset. You’ll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and duty management teams, playing a key role in maintaining standards across the entire property, including newer areas and ongoing developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and overseeing the smooth running of daily operations
- Acting as Duty Manager, taking ownership of the hotel during your shift
- Managing events and functions, ensuring flawless delivery
- Handling guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Managing staffing levels in line with business needs and budgets
- Ensuring financial procedures and cash handling processes are followed accurately
- Supporting wider teams and stepping in where needed to maintain standards
- Acting as a role model, setting the tone for service, teamwork, and accountability
