Responsibilities
- Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and related functions to oversee project execution effectively
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules using computer software to ensure timely completion and generate printable work schedules in X-format
- Supervise job sites with comprehensive understanding of construction details to maintain quality and progress
- Coordinate and control multiple trades and subcontractors to foster close cooperation and efficient workflow among all parties
- Monitor and ensure workers’ welfare and enforce all safety requirements on site to maintain a safe working environment
- Utilize relevant work experience and certifications to support project management and site supervision tasks
