Role Description

This is a full-time role, shared between office and site, for a Geotechnical Engineer. The Geotechnical Engineer will conduct fieldwork and oversee site investigations, perform soil testing and analysis, and evaluate geotechnical data to provide recommendations. Responsibilities also include the design and analysis of foundations, preparation of technical reports, and collaboration with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project completion. The role requires adherence to quality and safety standards as part of everyday operations. In the role the Engineer will report directly to the Director and Principal Engineer and has excellent development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Site Investigation and Soil Analysis
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology
  • Experience with Foundation Design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in engineering analysis and design
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience is highly desirable; however, early-career professionals with strong technical foundations are welcome to apply
