A position is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an established busy traditional practice based in Greasby on the Wirral The role is available on a full OR part time basis and the successful candidate must be an experienced Audio typist and familiar with using digital dictation.
Duties will also include delivering a professional and friendly service when answering phones along with meeting & greeting clients face to face at reception.
Generally providing secretarial support to a solicitor dealing with both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, Probate & Court of Protection matters.
It is a preference to have had previous Conveyancing experience.
Effective communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential.
This is a small but busy branch office so the ability to work well under pressure and independently at times is crucial.
You will be working as part of a team within a highly regarded private practice law firm with most of the work coming from personal recommendations and returning clients.
