A position is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an established busy traditional practice based in Greasby on the Wirral. The role is available on a full or part time basis and the successful candidate must be an experienced audio typist and familiar with using digital dictation.
Duties will include:
- Delivering a professional and friendly service when answering phones
- Meeting and greeting clients face to face at reception
- Providing secretarial support to a solicitor dealing with both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, Probate & Court of Protection matters
It is preferred to have had previous Conveyancing experience. Effective communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential. This is a small but busy branch office, so the ability to work well under pressure and independently at times is crucial. You will be working as part of a team within a highly regarded private practice law firm with most of the work coming from personal recommendations and returning clients.
