A&H Europe are based in Cowfold, West Sussex and are a leading supplier of printed fashion packaging dealing directly with established High Street retailers. We are seeking a proactive, experienced and detail oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, analysis skills, and have an excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Duties
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market analysis to expand new channels of distribution, identify trends, opportunities and customer needs
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Coordinate communication with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with design and product development team members to develop projects needed to advance sales or to meet customer requests
- Analyse sales data to evaluate performance metrics and suggest improvement
- Various customer service work to include sales order processing
