An exciting new opportunity has been created at our Suzuki, KGM and newly acquired BYD dealership in Boston. We’re looking for a highly capable, ambitious Sales Manager ready to take the next step into a Head of Business role—someone with the drive, leadership, and commercial mindset to help us achieve our growth ambitions.

The Role
As Head of Business, you’ll take overall responsibility for the performance of the Suzuki, KGM, and BYD franchises, ensuring operational excellence across all departments. You’ll:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team across Sales, Service, and Parts
- Deliver financial performance and achieve business KPIs
- Champion customer experience and retention through every touchpoint
- Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners
- Learn and grow your knowledge of Aftersales operations to ensure balanced business performance
