An exciting opportunity has arisen at Boston BYD / Suzuki for an Aftersales Manager to lead our small but busy workshop, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. The Role
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Service and Workshop departments.
- Drive labour sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with industry-leading CSI scores.
- Motivate, coach, and develop your team to maximise potential and retention.
- Ensure compliance with FCA, brand, and health & safety standards.
