As Digital PO at A-Gas, you will get the opportunity to become the voice of our customers and to guide development teams in building software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact. Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of software development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating trials and product launches and supporting communications and training.
- Adapting products and creating product retirement and transition plans.
- Participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives.
- Analysing feedback from sprint reviews and other data such as end-user feedback and operational metrics to identify and understand product needs.
- Researching suppliers and markets, and maintaining a broad understanding of the sector and wider IT and digital developments.
- Defining, tracking, and communicating relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent and Project Management training like Scrum, Prince2, or Six Sigma (Green belt).
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and service-oriented design.
- Experience in strategic planning, developing technical and business product roadmaps, and demonstrable competence in a product-based environment.
- Capability to foster strategic relations both internal and external, and to manage large-scale multi-phase implementation projects.
