This role will manage and coordinate the project construction and commissioning phases of engineering design and build capital and other projects, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. You will be working with and supported by a team of engineering designers located in the UK as well as a local site engineering and maintenance team.

- Experience in delivering engineering projects
- Technical deliverable coordination of team/third party work packages
- Experience of pipework, steelwork and electrical systems design and construction
- Experience of tracking and reporting budgets and timelines
- Experience in gated/phased project processes and review
- Able to coordinate and work effectively with external contractors
- Industrial safety knowledge and experience
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Able to anticipate and solve problems related to projects
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, Prince2, APM) and tools (e.g. MS Project/Planner etc…)
- Understanding of chemical processing techniques
- Desirable
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards such as ATEX, Pressure Equipment Directive, COMAH, DSEAR
- Experience of maintaining pressurised liquefied gas systems
- Methodical approach for installation and fault finding
- F-Gas certificate, category 1 and 2
- HNC/HND with industry experience, Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical, electrical, or chemical discipline, or other MS Project experience
- Fluent in German
