Role Summary

The OT&D Coordinator supports the Organisation Talent and Development Director in the delivery of A-Gas’ global talent, organisational development, and performance agenda. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of global talent processes, organisational initiatives, and recruitment activity. The coordinator will work closely with regional P&C teams, business leaders, and external partners to support the implementation of scalable, consistent people practices across the organisation. The role is highly operational and delivery-focused, offering exposure to global projects, senior stakeholders, and strategic talent practices.

Reports to Organisation Talent and Development Director

Principal Place of Work Based in United Kingdom or within Europe, with flexibility to support globally.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR, People and Culture, Talent, or Performance coordination.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting programmes or projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data, tracking tools, and HR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
