The role is responsible for shaping and embedding the A-Gas transformation narrative, ensuring employees and stakeholders are engaged, informed, and aligned with strategic priorities and ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the Executive team, senior leadership teams, P&C, Business Excellence, and regional teams, the role will ensure consistent and compelling messaging is delivered across internal and external communication channels. The position will also lead the Group communications channels including social media, website content, executive communications, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the wider A-Gas narrative and brand positioning.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required- Proven experience in internal communications, external communications, and/or transformation/change communications within a global organisation.
- Experience supporting organisational transformation, employee engagement, or culture change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Experience managing communication channels including intranet, social media, websites, and employee communications.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience delivering communication campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working across global or matrixed organisations desirable.
- Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and compliance considerations within communications and digital channels.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and storytelling capability.
