A-Gas is seeking an OT&D Coordinator to support the Organisation Talent and Development Director in delivering global talent and performance initiatives.

You will coordinate talent processes, organisational development and recruitment activity across regions, working with P&C teams, business leaders and external partners.

This role is highly operational and delivery-focused, with exposure to global projects and senior stakeholders, reporting to the OT&D Director.
