We are hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager to help us scale A-Game. We are a small, fast-growing coaching and consultancy business working with founders and business owners across the UK.
This is not a corporate role. You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in helping us grow. We need someone who is hungry, proactive, and genuinely obsessed with marketing, someone who takes ownership and wants to build something meaningful.
Your Role
- Managing and executing marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, email, YouTube and our podcast
- Building and improving webinar funnels and lead generation systems
- Creating and managing landing pages, email campaigns and marketing assets
- Working with our videographer to turn content into marketing creatives
- Supporting paid ad campaigns and improving performance over time
- Helping plan and promote live events, workshops and retreats
- Tracking performance and identifying ways to improve results
- Supporting general marketing operations and backend setup
As we are a small business, you will also support with wider business and admin tasks when needed, particularly around events, launches and campaigns. This is an opportunity to be involved in the real growth of the business, not just one isolated role.

You do not need to know everything, but you must be willing to learn and take ownership.
Requirements
- Some experience in marketing, social media, content or paid ads
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
- Strong organisational skills
- Based in the Leeds/York/Harrogate area
- Willing to support with live events when required
