Our client is a fast-growing online sportswear brand with big ambitions—and they’re looking for an experienced Technical Women's Activewear Designer to join their dynamic team in Manchester HQ.

What You’ll Do
- Report directly to the Head of Design.
- Research and apply trends in fabrics, colours, and shapes aligned with the brand identity.
- Stay ahead of technical fabric innovations.
- Plan and develop performance-driven ranges.
- Collaborate with product development teams in China to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Oversee design-to-sample processes, ensuring commercial fit standards.
- Contribute to photoshoot styling for product and lifestyle campaigns.
About You
- 3–4 years’ experience in sportswear/activewear design.
- Strong conceptual and technical design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
- Knowledge of technical fabrics and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for research and development.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (UK)
