What we are looking for…
We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operator to join the team in Cumbernauld on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a key member of the team.
Your main responsibilities will include loading and unloading vehicles, picking orders accurately, ensuring stock integrity and maintaining the highest levels of warehouse cleanliness and safety.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a confident communicator with a competent level of numeracy skills. A clear understanding of Health & Safety procedures is also required.
You will be required to be flexible in your start/finish times in order to meet the business needs and carry out a reasonable amount of overtime when needed, which may include weekend working.
What you’ll bring...
- A clear understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Would be advantageous if candidates had a counterbalance/forklift and Aislemaster licence but not essential.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
