What we’re looking for…
As our People Performance Partner aligned to our Commercial and Central functions – you will take on a leadership role where you can truly shape our culture of high performance.
This isn\’t just a role in HR; it\’s a strategic partnership where you\’ll be the driving force behind our people performance and development initiatives. You\’ll work closely with leaders and colleagues across your functions, using your expertise to analyse performance data, identify key trends, and implement frameworks and tools that foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include…
Performance Framework & Execution
- Drive the adoption and consistent application of the performance management framework across the commercial organisation
- Equip leaders to set clear, ambitious goals and hold their teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of continuous, high-quality feedback
- Translate business objectives into measurable performance initiatives, continually tracking their effectiveness through data to ensure they drive commercial success
Leadership Coaching & Capability
- Act as a performance coach to commercial leaders, upskilling them in managing both high and low performance, conducting impactful talent conversations, and motivating their teams effectively
- Assess the impact of leadership development initiatives, ensuring they directly contribute to building a high-performing and engaged workforce
Talent & Succession Strategy
- Partner strategically with leaders to build robust succession plans and a strong leadership pipeline for all critical roles within the commercial team
- Facilitate talent reviews to identify high-potential employees, ensuring meaningful development plans are in place to accelerate their growth
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with high-performance criteria, consistently raising the talent bar with every hire
Data-Driven Insights
- Translate performance and talent data into actionable insights for leadership, identifying trends, diagnosing potential issues, and highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Use data-backed stories to inform and influence strategic decisions regarding team structure, talent investment, and performance interventions
Culture
- Champion and enable a high-performance culture, acting as a key partner to the leadership team
- Embed the key behaviours and practices that reinforce accountability, ambition, and collaboration, ensuring they are aligned with both company values and commercial goals
What you’ll bring…
HR Experience
- Proven People Partnership: A significant track record as a People Partner supporting a dynamic, front-line commercial function
- Driving Performance: Evidence of having directly contributed to an uplift in business performance through targeted HR interventions (e.g., talent upgrades, performance framework implementation).
Data & Business Acumen
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to understand financial drivers and competitive landscape.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using HR analytics, business data, and market trends to provide critical insights and recommendations to leadership that drive commercial outcomes.
Performance & Talent Management
- High-Performance Culture Champion: Ability to design and embed initiatives that drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous feedback.
- Talent Management Expertise: Knowledge of the full talent lifecycle, including succession planning, identifying and developing high-potentials, and facilitating impactful talent review sessions.
- Performance Coaching: Great at coaching leaders on how to manage performance effectively, from motivating top talent to addressing underperformance decisively and constructively.
Influencing & Execution
- Trusted Advisor: The ability to build strong, credible relationships with senior commercial leaders, acting as a confidante and expert counsel on all people-related matters.
- Communication: Strong communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and build a strong narrative to gain buy-in at all levels.
- Solution Orientation: A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to translate strategy into tangible deliverables.
