Location: North Lanarkshire and Glasgow

Contract and working pattern: 37.5 hours per week

What we’re looking for…

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Health Safety and Wellbeing - This is the number one priority at AG Barr and all employees are expected to be committed to this as a core part of the AG Barr culture.
  • Activate LBDM-made agreements both locally and regionally.
  • Build brand awareness through excellent execution at the point of purchase.
  • Manage a mixed territory of multiple calls (development stores) - Min 7 calls per day.

The team mission is to add value by ensuring:

  • Growing brand distribution through multiple retailer education.
  • Deliver relentless focus on perfect execution to drive ROS.
  • Support company brand ambitions and innovation in the multiples sector.

This position is primarily responsible for:

  • Educating the retailers about AG Barr's core brands within a given territory of multiple outlets.
  • Merchandising our brands in the best way in each outlet to build maximum rate of sale.
  • Creating impactful visibility to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchase.

Key Job Targets/Measurements are:

  • Improving the scorecard score of your overall territory.
  • Improving the outlet score of each call on your territory from its baseline.
  • Improving the distribution of key brands in line with the company marketing plan.

What you’ll bring…

  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • A good standard of presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate internally using account performance data and demonstrate strong in-store execution.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnights.
