What we’re looking for… We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager to drive sales through the development and execution of best-in-class trade marketing and brand activation campaigns in our Hospitality & International channels. As our Brand Activation Manager you’ll be charged with accelerating our No.1 Cocktail brand position in the On-Trade and developing our soft drinks presence across the channels.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Trade Marketing Strategy Development: Create integrated strategies that align with brand objectives with customer needs to create winning plans that resonate with target audiences across various environments across the OOH and International channels.
  • Deliver Bespoke Customer and Channel Campaigns: Develop and support the calendar of trade and consumer events from planning through to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Category, Sales, and customers to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, data, and market trends to optimize strategies and ensure maximum impact for campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand activation budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support marketing initiatives and meet business objectives.
  • Customer and Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and represent the channels internally.
  • Timely and Efficient Delivery: Ensure all initiatives are delivered On Time, In Full, Right Every Time.

What you’ll bring…

  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in customer marketing and/or brand activation, with a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive sales, engagement, and enhance the consumer experience. Experience of the On-Trade (specifically Route-to-Market and Managed Retail customers).
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making and optimise strategies. Able to communicate effectively at all organisation levels. Creative, innovative mindset, with the ability to develop fresh, engaging campaigns.
  • Knowledge Areas: In-depth knowledge of trade dynamics and financial data, with the ability to use this information to drive strategic decisions. Proficient in evaluating and interpreting data to develop actionable growth strategies for the business.
