Water Cooler Field Service/Installation Engineer Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: Circa £35k Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Core hours, however, can change depending on the job) A leading water cooler company is looking for a Field Service/Installation Engineer to join their expanding team! Known for exceptional service, they take pride in their well-trained and highly skilled engineers who ensure customer satisfaction at every step. Role Responsibilities: * Install, service, diagnose, and repair hydro taps, water coolers, and dispensers * Deliver and collect 19-litre bottles * Ensure timely completion of all scheduled tasks, ensuring units function effectively for customers * Provide outstanding customer service as the face of the brand * Manage and store stock efficiently, ensuring necessary parts are available * Support your team and line manager in achieving business objectives * Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and support teams for efficient service delivery What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in Field Service Engineering Experience in water cooler installation (preferred) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Ability to install, repair, and service water coolers Full UK driving licence required What’s in It for You? £35k basic salary Monday – Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) Company van & fuel card Uniform, phone, and tablet provided 25 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) – increasing with service Company pension scheme
