Warehouse Manager (Water Coolers)
Location: Ashford TW15
Employment Type: Full-time- 7:30 am-4:30 pm
Salary £35,000
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of a small depot warehouse specialising in water coolers and related accessories. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfilment, warehouse organisation, and ensuring efficient logistics operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Control:
- Manage and monitor stock levels of water coolers, water bottles, dispensers, and related accessories.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of products efficiently.
- Using a FLT to move stock across the warehouse
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and complies with safety standards.
- Implement best practices for space optimisation and inventory layout.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment.
Order Fulfilment & Distribution:
- Supervise order processing, picking, packing, and dispatching of products.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of water coolers to customers.
- Handle customer returns, replacements, and damaged goods efficiently.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine safety checks and enforce proper handling of inventory.
- Implement warehouse security measures to prevent theft or damage.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management,
- FLT License – Counterbalance
