Part Time Admin Assistant – Projects Department (20-30 hours offered) Location: Bredbury, Stockport (Office-based Monday and Tuesday, Remote Wednesday to Friday) Salary: £13.00 per hour (£13.5k – £21k per annum dependent on hours and experience) Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a flexible admin role? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our Projects Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and basic administrative experience who is looking to contribute to a growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Training Matrix Management: Maintain the company’s training matrix, ensuring all relevant courses are booked before certificates expire. Liaise with department heads to plan upcoming training sessions. * Live Hire Report: Keep track of the company’s live hire report and ensure accuracy. * Accommodation Booking: Organise accommodation for site workers as needed. * General Admin Support: Provide daily administrative support to the projects team, including preparing O&M manuals and other project documentation. Skills & Experience: * Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, able to engage with multiple team members via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Hours of Work: * Part-time: 20 to 30 hours per week (9:30am – 2:30/4:30pm, Monday to Friday). * Flexible working: Office-based Monday and Tuesday, with the ability to work remotely Wednesday to Friday. Additional Information: * Overtime may be available depending on project needs. * Competitive salary based on experience and hours worked, ranging from £13.5k to £21k per annum- equated to £13.00 per hour.
