Main duties: * Receive and handle inbound phone sales calls enquiring about products and services * To work as part of the sales team * You will engage with leads and enquires through inbound calls and emails and social media * Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers * Handle the retention process to contribute to the overall success of the company * Record lead history, activity, and customer response in detail within our CRM systems Requirements: * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Previous experience in either a sales or customer service setting * Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve targets * A strong level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools & salesforce (CRM Systems) * Confident and determined approach with a willingness to learn new skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone to experience a variety of tasks within a very exciting company, in a friendly and successful sales environment.
