This is a vital, fast-paced role where you\’ll oversee a portfolio worth over £800,000 in annual turnover—primarily made up of high-volume, low-value service jobs. You will act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account retention and growth.
