The Role
Looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Customer Service Representative to join a busy office team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and helping to ensure we retain happy, long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Managing queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries
- Handling cancellations and working to retain customer accounts
- Logging and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve order issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records and call logs
