Job Title: Case Management & Analytics Developer Location: Chesterfield (with occasional on-site work) Salary: Competitive (negotiable based on experience) Permanent/Full Time We’re looking for a talented and driven Case Management & Analytics Developer to join our forward-thinking team in Chesterfield. Key Responsibilities: Case Management System Development: * Develop and maintain the ALB practice management system, including workflows and administration. * Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and design tailored solutions. * Manage SQL administration and use JIRA for task tracking and issue resolution. Data Analytics & Reporting: * Build and maintain SSRS reports to deliver actionable insights. * Use advanced SQL skills and tools like Power BI to integrate and analyse data from various sources. Collaborative Support: * Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure timely service request resolution. * Provide support for office applications and legal-focused practice management systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: * Strong SQL skills and experience with SSRS or Power BI reporting tools. * Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10) and Office 365 (desirable). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. * Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to handling confidential information. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel to regional offices may be required). * GCSE-level qualifications in Maths and English (desirable).
