Currently working with a well-established business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their friendly and busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting a team and ensuring information is maintained accurately across systems. Both part-time and full-time hours will be considered, making this role ideal for someone looking for flexibility within a stable office-based position.
The Role
Working within the Contracts Team and reporting to the Contract Renewals Manager, the successful candidate will provide key administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate data entry, customer communication and smooth contract renewal processes. Initially the role will focus on administrative duties and handling inbound calls, with training provided to gradually expand responsibilities which may include some outbound contact with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the contracts team
- Inputting and maintaining customer data within CRM systems
- Sending initial emails to customers regarding contract renewals and follow-ups
- Assisting the manager with monthly administrative tasks
- Emailing advisory notices regarding upcoming renewals and expiring warranties
- Supporting the team during busy renewal periods
- Extracting and validating customer information from Sage
- Handling inbound calls and directing queries appropriately
- Ensuring customer records and account details remain accurate and up to date
- Working across spreadsheets and internal systems with a high level of attention to detail
What the Client Is Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems and Sage would be advantageous
- Professional and clear telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to processes and work effectively within a team environment
Salary & Hours
- £25,000 pro rata (based on 35 hours)
- 25–35 hours per week available
- Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexibility within these hours)
- Full training will be provided
