Lead the future of online sales in FMCG. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Ecommerce growth for SC Johnson in the UK. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead a talented team of Account Managers, shaping strategies for Pureplay and Brick & Click customers. This is a senior role with significant P&L responsibility, influencing how our brands win online.

What You’ll Do
- Own Ecommerce sales strategy for UK FMCG market
- Lead and coach a high-performing team
- Build senior relationships with key retail partners
- Translate brand objectives into winning digital plans
- Drive excellence in SEO, eContent, ratings & reviews
- Manage retail media and digital shelf performance
- Report on Ecommerce sales & share to senior leadership
Experience you’ll bring
- 10+ years FMCG experience, including senior account management and channel leadership with major suppliers
- Proven leadership/management experience and coaching skills
- Significant expertise in Ecommerce (Pureplay & Brick & Click)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and deliver results
