Location: Frimley, Surrey
Function: Supply Chain – Shared Service Centre
About the role: As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you'll be working with your colleagues in Order Management to complete various tasks across different countries to provide outstanding service. Using Lean methodology & tools, you’ll be looking for ways to improve and standardise processes. Using SAP scripting technology to create further automation opportunities.
About the Team/Department: The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full, to our customers (retailers).

Responsibilities:
- Utilise (AI Robot) Tool to maximise case fill rate
- Work closely with other members of the customer supply chain Team, Marketing department and local countries as well as the Managers to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders.
- Processing of sample/broker orders etc. to strict agreed procedure as well as managing truck overflows according to country specific procedure
- Use automation tools to drive current CFS processes and identify new automation opportunities.
- Creation of accurate monthly metrics
- Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardisation of processes & procedures across multiple countries
Experience you’ll bring:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong numeracy skills and an analytical mindset
- Fluent in an EU language ideally German, French, Dutch or Italian
- Root Cause Analysis
