About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies, working on iconic brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pledge and Raid, to name a few. You will play an active role in driving our eCommerce growth with key UK retailers, such as Amazon and Ocado, but also across Omnichannel retailers such as Tesco, ASDA, and Sainsbury’s ensuring our brands perform optimally in the fast-evolving digital space. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across eCommerce operations, content optimization, data reporting, and digital media. Working within a dynamic, professional, and supportive team, you will also collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, supply chain, customer fulfillment, and category management teams to deliver commercial objectives in sales, share, and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Content Creation & Enhancements: Develop, optimize, and syndicate product content (text, imagery, video) for eCommerce, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital shelf presence across Amazon and Ocado.
- Profitero Reporting & Action Planning: Track and analyze digital shelf metrics (availability, discoverability, pricing, and content quality), providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Sales and Share Tracking: Monitor sales data and market share, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Media Management: Own the Media planning process from brief to execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and align with commercial goals across Omnichannel & Pure Play retailers such as Amazon & Ocado.
- Amazon & Ocado Forecasting and Accrual Support: Assist with forecasting processes and ensure accurate accrual tracking to support financial planning.
- Amazon Brand Store and A+ Content Creation: Work on improving the Amazon Brand Store and developing high-quality A+ content to enhance product pages and drive conversion.
- Amazon Master Data Accuracy Ownership: Ensure accurate product data is maintained on Amazon, including titles, bullet points, pricing, and images.
- Amazon & Ocado Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including reporting, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or similar preferred but not essential).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: A previous placement or internship within an FMCG or eCommerce environment is desirable but not essential.

Please Note: This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role. You will be expected to come to the office 5 days a week during 90 days probation and after that it moves to 4 days in the office with 1 day a week working from home.
