About the Role
Are you ready to shape treasury operations across a diverse and dynamic region while partnering with global leaders? As Treasury Manager, you'll be a key member of the EMEA Shared Service Centre Leadership Team, leading treasury operations across the EMEA region while partnering closely with Corporate Treasury in North America. You'll play a critical role in bringing global treasury strategy to life, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and operational excellence across the region. Acting as the primary treasury liaison between EMEA and Corporate Treasury, you'll drive collaboration, champion global initiatives, and deliver high-quality treasury services that optimize cash flow, strengthen working capital, mitigate financial risk, and enhance process efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Director of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, with a dotted-line relationship to the Assistant Treasurer in Racine, Wisconsin, you'll have the opportunity to influence regional operations while contributing to the organization's global treasury agenda. Please note this role is not eligible for relocation. Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA Treasury team, fostering accountability, engagement, and a customer-focused culture.
- Contribute as a member of the EMEA SSC Leadership Team, representing Treasury in cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Champion standardization, operational excellence, and transformational change while role modelling SCJ leadership behaviours.
Treasury Operations
- Oversee EMEA cash management, liquidity planning, cash positioning, payments, and bank account administration.
- Manage in-house banking activities, including cash pooling, intercompany funding, settlements, and operational controls.
- Lead cash forecasting to improve liquidity visibility and support funding decisions.
- Optimize surplus cash in line with Corporate Treasury policies and oversee the EMEA corporate credit card program.
- Lead treasury-related projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
Banking, Controls & Risk Management
- Manage banking relationships, ensuring high service standards, effective issue resolution, and cost oversight.
- Maintain strong treasury governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Oversee banking platforms, payment controls, signatory management, and operational risk across the EMEA region.
Business Relationship Management
- Act as the primary Treasury liaison between EMEA and Corporate Treasury, ensuring regional execution aligns with global strategy and policies.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver effective treasury solutions and support business priorities.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, resolve issues, and enable business success.
Performance & Transformation
- Develop and monitor Treasury KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights on cash flow, liquidity, banking performance, and operational risks to Treasury and business leaders.
- Drive process improvements through Lean principles, automation, analytics, and treasury technology enhancements.
Experience you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Treasury, cash management, banking operations, or corporate finance.
- Experience working within a global treasury model where strategy, policy, and governance are centrally defined.
- Proven people leadership experience within a Shared Service Centre, regional finance, or multinational environment.
- Experience managing banking relationships, banking platforms, and treasury service delivery.
- Experience with SAP and treasury-related financial systems.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Professional Treasury or finance qualification (e.g., ACT, CTP, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
