About the role
Join our Global Registration and Regulatory Compliance (GRRC) team – the experts behind ensuring every SC Johnson product meets the highest regulatory standards worldwide. We lead the charge on product registration, dossier development, and lifecycle management across diverse markets. As an Associate Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing compliance activities for our Pest Control portfolio in Europe, navigating key EU legislation such as BPR, CLP, and REACH. You’ll help secure product registrations, influence regulatory strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market – all while ensuring they meet rigorous safety and environmental standards.

What You’ll Do
Regulatory Leadership
- Provide expert guidance on EU regulations to ensure new product development (NPD) is fully compliant.
- Monitor evolving legislation and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance for existing products amid changing regulatory landscapes.
Project & Pre-Launch Impact
- Partner with project teams to shape timelines and success criteria.
- Assess resource needs and manage regulatory issues early in the process.
- Build and submit biocidal product dossiers for National Scheme and BPR registrations, liaising with authorities and coordinating responses.
- Ensure accurate formulation assessments and support label reviews.
Post-Launch Support
- Collaborate with GRRC and local compliance teams to maintain regulatory integrity for products in market.
- Drive continued compliance with Biocides Regulation for existing portfolios and acquisitions.
- Resolve regulatory challenges and ensure documentation aligns with all applicable regulations.
Experience you’ll bring
- Degree: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Biology, or related science.
- Experience: 5+ years working with BPR and EU compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG, EU regulatory requirements including CLP and REACH and proven ability to work across cultures.
