As our People Partner for Lifestyle Brands, you will play a critical role in bringing that culture to life across our European hubs. Based in our regional European headquarters in Frimley, you will partner closely with leaders and teams across the UK, Belgium and Germany.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a people-centred, values-led HR professional who loves both the strategic and the human side of HR. You will help shape and deliver people plans that support business growth, build leadership capability, drive engagement, enable performance, and create an environment where people feel valued, listened to, supported and able to do their best work.
You will be part of a broader European HR team and will work closely with our global Centres of Excellence, HR Delivery Centre and local leadership teams. From performance and talent management to employee relations, culture, engagement, learning and development, DE&I and organisational change, you will help build the conditions for our people and our business to thrive.
This role is not just about delivering HR processes. It is about being a cultural ambassador, trusted advisor, coach and change partner — helping us continue to build a winning team and culture across Lifestyle Brands. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Europe to shape and deliver people plans that support business growth and organisational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and leadership coach, building capability and providing practical, commercially grounded HR guidance.
- Coach and mentor colleagues across our OneHR team, helping build a collaborative, high-performing People & Environment team.
- Lead core talent and performance processes, including development, succession and high‐performance practices.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and inclusion, bringing our purpose‐led, collaborative environment to life.
- Support and lead change initiatives, helping teams navigate transformation with clarity and care.
- Oversee employee relations and HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance and a strong employee experience.
- Collaborate across HR and business teams on reward, development and hiring, ensuring seamless delivery of people initiatives.
Experience You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner role, ideally within a matrixed, global or multi‐country environment.
- Strong HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, including performance, development, reward and employee relations.
- Confidence applying UK employment law and HR policies (German employment law is a plus).
- A strong ability to partner, influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading or supporting people initiatives across engagement, culture, change, learning or DE&I.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, positive and empathetic approach.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Workday experience a plus).
- A people‐first mindset, combined with strong judgement, curiosity and a practical, solutions‐focused approach.
- A collaborative, values‐led team player who builds trust, drives change and brings energy and positivity to everything they do.
