Role Summary

We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor who is eager to contribute ideas, grow their skills, and help shape an exceptional employee experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, who brings strong foundational knowledge, a passion for people, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks while continually learning. You’ll play a hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, engagement, delivering high-quality HR administration, and spearheading communication to employees on relevant topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as a trusted first point of contact for day‐to‐day HR queries. Support managers and employees with clear, timely and practical guidance. Help foster an open, positive working environment by supporting early resolution of concerns and encouraging constructive dialogue.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate on-site engagement activities that reinforce our Great Place to Work culture. Partner with our employee resource groups to deliver an annual calendar of events and initiatives. Bring fresh ideas to enhance connection, recognition and team culture.
  • HR Administration & Process Excellence: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity across all systems. Process job changes, promotions and adjustments with precision. Prepare reports, trackers and documentation that support decision-making and compliance. Look for opportunities to streamline and simplify administrative processes.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new starters. Support coordination of training sessions, workshops and development activities. Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and data handling.
  • People Data & Insights: Use HR data and reporting to identify trends and provide insight that supports business performance. Contribute to dashboards, analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • HR Projects & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team on projects that enhance our HR offering, strengthen engagement or improve processes. Contribute ideas and challenge ways of working with a forward‐thinking, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Employee Communication: Spearhead communication to employees, ensuring timely, clear and engaging updates on relevant HR topics, initiatives and processes.
