The Senior Associate, Project Manager plays a critical role within the Creative Operations team, ensuring the smooth, timely and accurate delivery of packaging artworks and related creative assets. They will manage project timelines, track progress, coordinate approvals, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and external partners. The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, proactive problem solving and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own the full artwork journey â leading endâtoâend timelines from brief to final file release and keeping every project moving with pace and precision.
- Coordinate and connect the dots across design, proofing, translations and approvals, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and deliver on time.
- Be the hubâs goâto contact, partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging and external suppliers to keep artwork status clear and momentum high.
- Spot risks early and solve problems fast, removing bottlenecks, chasing approvals and keeping the business updated with sharp, accurate status reports.
- Champion accuracy and compliance, managing version control, maintaining product passports, and ensuring every marketâs legal and regulatory needs are met.
- Drive continuous improvement, refining workflows, documentation and tools â and onboarding others so the whole team gets better, faster, stronger.
Experience Youâll Bring
- Background in project coordination, artwork management, creative operations or a similar production environment, ideally within FMCG, packaging, regulatory or localisation workflows.
- Exceptional organisation and timeâmanagement skills, able to manage multiple projects at pace without losing accuracy.
- A strong grasp of artwork workflows â from design and proofing to translations and approvals â with meticulous attention to detail for regulatory content.
- Confidence collaborating crossâfunctionally, partnering with internal teams, external vendors and translation agencies to deliver seamless outputs.
- A proactive, solutionsâfocused mindset, comfortable working independently, spotting issues early and keeping projects moving.
- Comfort with project and artwork management tools (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Esko, PageProof) and solid Excel or tracking-tool capability.
