Job purpose

  • Manage and optimise the digital presence across wholesale and retail platforms, ensuring they are aligned to our core B2B sectors, drive B2C sales through optimising digital home delivery solutions.
  • Support website management and digital growth strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.

Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required

  • Excellent data manipulation and processing skills
  • Proven experience in web management and digital marketing, ideally within wholesale, retail, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of website platforms, CMS systems and ideally PIM
  • Experience in managing content for B2B platforms for different industry sectors.
  • Familiarity with home delivery or marketplace operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
