Working hours: 0800 - 1800 (12 hours when required). Warehouse experience - loading and picking. £13.57 per standard hour.

Job purpose: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient replenishment, ferrying and bulk storage control within the Willenhall depot. You will undertake normal Warehouse Operative activities such as the assembly and/or loading of customers' orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard‑working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accurate assembly of customer orders
  • Loading goods onto cages and/or packing goods into crates in a safe, stable and manageable manner
  • Accurate marking and storage of assembled orders awaiting dispatch
  • Driving of machinery in a warehouse controlled environment

Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required:

  • Numerate and literate
  • Desirable but not essential: Full Driving licence, Reach/counterbalance FLT licence, Warehousing and distribution experience, NVQ2 Storage and Warehousing desired but not essential as training is provided
