We're looking for a Despatch Clerk to play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently. Working closely with warehouse teams, drivers, and operational management, you'll help keep our distribution operation running smoothly by coordinating orders, supporting route planning, and providing essential administrative support. Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Scheduling and releasing of customer orders to planned routes
- Administration of customer orders, replenishment and despatch operations
- Liaison with operations management and other departments regarding general queries and provision of information
- Administration, collation and distribution of driver information
- Running and distribution of general reports
- Allocation of work areas to warehouse staff
- Replenishment of warehouse stationary consumables
