Job purpose: The accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders, replenishment, ferrying and bulk storage control within the depot.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receipt of deliveries in accordance with delivery schedules
- Safe storage of stock within the warehouse facility
- Accurate processing and assembly of customer orders
- Report stock shortages to all stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting stocktaking activity in accordance with planned schedules
- Safe, accurate loading and unloading of commercial vehicles in accordance with client service schedules
- Report vehicle defects to line manager
- Responsible for depot housekeeping and other warehousing functions
