Rodda’s Sales Team is on the lookout for a driven, detail-focused Sales Executive to support our commercial team and help keep things moving. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right at the heart of the sales function, keeping the administration flowing, working with data, supporting key accounts, and helping turn insights into action. Based in head office you’ll work closely with the retail, food service, and regional sales teams, and when required getting out and around to customer events, trade shows and meetings. Requirements:
- Comfortable using Excel & PowerPoint, you’ll also be able to turn your hand to customer management (CRM) systems
- Great attention to detail (you don’t miss the small stuff)
- Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Confident communicator who can adapt to different teams and customers
- A person who enjoys building relationships
- Some experience in sales support & customer based admin would be a definite bonus
Role Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain CRM data so the team always has the right information
- Jump in to support the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks and admin
- Support key accounts with pricing updates, promotions, and product listings
- Track promotions and measure what’s working (and what’s not)
- Turn sales data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
- Spot trends, opportunities, and areas to improve performance
- Get involved in sales events, trade shows, and retail store visits
