Role Responsibilities:
- Normal Warehouse Operative duties
- Lead by example on how to do things properly
- Induct, train and buddy new starters to the team
- Deal with day‑to‑day problems and queries from other departments
- Compliance checking that daily picking documentation is correct
- Weekly check of forklift sheets and of cleaning compliance
- Highlight non‑compliances and performance issues to Area Leader
- Deputise and cover for Area Leader
