Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
- Source candidates using various channels to build a qualified talent pool aligned with client needs.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants objectively to identify best-fit candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage the job offer process, including negotiation and closing, to secure candidate acceptance.
- Organize and prioritize recruitment activities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Work independently with high motivation and a service mindset to support client and candidate satisfaction.
Other Information
- Working location: Bencoolen (5 mins walk from Rochor MRT).
- Work schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm).
- Salary: Up to $3,000 plus commission.
- Full training and on-the-job mentorship provided.
