We are looking for a number of Sales Support colleagues to work with our UK and Global market as well as the French and German markets so applications are also welcome from candidates who are fluent in either or both of these languages.
This is an exciting time to join a growing and thriving business as we expand our offices into Germany and the U.S.
Role And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a key point of contact and ensure orders are processed accurately and in line with contractual SLAs.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with internal best practice processes.
- Work in collaboration with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales and purchasing.
- To undertake additional duties that may be required from time to time.

- A strong interest in technology and its applications in businesses.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
