A-dapt® is seeking a Product Delivery Lead who is exceptional at turning raw customer insight into world-class product specifications for our development team. This role is ideal for someone who loves getting close to users, e.g. lawyers, trainers, corporate teams, extracting patterns from real workflows, and translating them into clear, testable, buildable product requirements.

Our Adaptive Media® format combines EmotionAI, LLMs, and performance analytics, proven through several years of R&D and large-scale deployments across UK and French education and soft-skills training.
In 2025 we pivoted into the legal sector, where the need for emotionally intelligent performance tools is both urgent and underserved. We’re now launching our first commercial product with the UK’s leading witness-preparation company, and expanding into the US with TestMyWitness.com, our AI-powered witness-performance analysis platform.
We are a small, highly focused team entering a pivotal and very exciting stage of growth. This role comes with salary progression tied to revenue milestones, meaning compensation can increase rapidly as revenues and financing allow. There will also be an equity package, giving you real ownership and alignment with the long-term success of the company.
We’re looking for someone who has delivered products end-to-end, who enjoys working directly with customers, and who understands how to collaborate with engineering on complex technical products. What You Will Do
- Run focused customer discovery with lawyers, trainers, and enterprise users to uncover real workflows, pain points, and “jobs to be done.”
- Turn insights into clear, testable product specifications — PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, data needs.
- Build fast discovery–validation loops using prototypes and user testing to confirm value before engineering starts.
- Work closely with the CTO and engineering to break work into sprints, manage QA and regression, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Use product analytics + customer feedback to refine priorities and maintain a living roadmap grounded in real user behaviour.
